TeaRose customers may request a refund (excluding shipping & handling) for any unused merchandise within two weeks of delivery to the recipient’s address. We must receive your returned items at our processing facility within the allocated two week time frame. All returned merchandise will be inspected at which point a refund will then be disbursed.

TeaRose customers may request a full refund (including shipping & handling) as the result of our error or defective merchandise within two weeks of delivery to the recipient’s address. We must receive your returned merchandise at our processing facility within the allocated two week time frame. All returned merchandise will be inspected at which point a refund will then be disbursed.

Tea Rose customers will not be awarded a refund for:
Any merchandise that is received after the allocated two week time frame.
Merchandise that has been damaged by the customer.
Merchandise that has been worn or used by the customer.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

TeaRose is committed to quickly expediting customer orders therefore, there is 48 hour cancellation policy from the receipt of order. Customers may choose to cancel the entire order or a portion of the order as long as it has not yet been processed.
All orders that are cancelled will be credited in the original form of payment used when the order was placed.

CHANGES TO ORDER:

Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes to an existing order. There is a 24 hour time period in which an order may be cancelled. If your order can be cancelled, we encourage you to do so as soon as possible or request a refund upon receipt of the merchandise.


ORDER WITH COUPONS:

TeaRose customer who use coupons when placing an order will be credited for the entire order minus the coupon amount. Coupons are treated as discounts and will not be recreated or reissued.
For orders with multiple items where only some items are cancelled, your order total will be recalculated and the coupon will be applied to the remainder of the order.

All returned merchandise will be inspected at which point a refund will then be disbursed.

SHIPPING RATES: U.S. & INTERNATIONAL


All shipping rates are calculated during checkout based on:
Service Level (Standard/Express)
Total weight of items
Destination: U.S. zip code or country postal code
Size of the of the orders (Oversized orders may be subject to additional charges)

Occasionally, packages may become lost in transit with that being said, TeaRose apologizes if your order does not arrive within the estimated time frame. Most orders contain tracking information to confirm delivery status. We will make every effort to track down your package for you. If the package cannot be located within 1 week of notification, you will be granted a full refund of your entire purchase, including the shipping fees.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses
If you place an order with a P.O. Box ship-to address, we will attempt to ship all merchandise using the United States Postal Service.
If any items within your order can not be shipped using the United States Postal Service, you will be asked to provide a physical address for shipping.

Items shipped to a P.O. Box are not eligible for expedited shipping.

TeaRose will attempt to ship most items to APO/FPO destinations:
These items will be delivered to the U.S. military post office within 10 business days from the ship date.
The U.S. military post office has control over the shipment and delivery time to the final APO/FPO destination.
Items shipped to APO/FPO addresses are not eligible for expedited shipping.

In the even that any merchandise cannot be shipped, you will receive a full refund including the shipping.
Our website is designed to accept only one shipping address per order. Please place a separate order for each shipping address.
